Trip Republic has developed a user-friendly travel planner and booking solution that lets users be inspired by trips made by other travellers and bloggers and add events and items to bookable “trips.” The platform integrates supply from travel industry providers including Skyscanner, Foursquare, Uber, Viagogo and Musement. The company uses a timeline approach to travel to deliver personalized suggestions without relying solely on traditional aggregation methods. Trip Republic also offers co-branded software solutions for travel industry partners to engage, manage and up‑sell customers. The team is based in Helsinki, Finland and Tallinn, Estonia. The startup recently closed a €200,000 angel round and will use the funding to develop the product and secure partnerships for co-branded travel products.
