TripAdmit is a Dublin-based traveltech startup that provides a digital ticketing platform enabling tour and activity operators to sell online via their own websites and third-party sites. Consumers can access tours and activities and skip queues when booking through the platform. Founded in April of last year, TripAdmit integrates with operators' websites and partners such as Campsited.com to surface local tours and activities. The company plans to expand its sales, marketing and engineering functions and grow its team to take the platform to more customers. A survey of 1,400 activity providers in Ireland and France found 80% lack online booking, underscoring the market opportunity as the industry rebuilds after the pandemic; TripAdmit will also provide its platform free to a limited number of Irish operators to aid recovery.
