Tripvisto is an online tour and activity package provider and marketplace that works with global and local travel agencies and tour operators to source packages for Indonesia’s emerging middle class. Founded in August 2014 by CEO Bernardus Sumartok and CTO Aditya Saputra, the company aggregates international and domestic tour offerings on its platform. As of November 2015 Tripvisto lists packages to over 50 destination countries and 157 cities worldwide. The company plans to use its recent funding to increase domestic and international inventory, add more destinations and package options for each destination, and expand marketing efforts. Tripvisto also intends to hire additional team members with a focus on technology, product and marketing to scale operations. Financially, the company closed a $1M Series A to support these growth initiatives.
