Founded in 2014 by André Thomas, Triseum develops educational video games grounded in scientific standards and current research. Its first title, ARTé: Mecenas, teaches the interconnectedness of local and international economies in Renaissance Italy and how those economies influenced art and patronage. A new game, Variant, a first-person exploration game based on calculus, is due for release soon. The company grew out of the LIVE Lab at Texas A&M University and recently added Scot Chadwick as Chief Revenue Officer. Triseum intends to use newly raised funds to further build out its products, operations and team. The company is based in Bryan, Texas.
