True Gamers is a Russian network of next-generation esports clubs that operates physical gaming venues and supporting services. Founded in 2019 by Anton Vasilenko, Vladislav Belyanin and Vladislav Gurov, the company runs 124 clubs across the UAE and Russia. In 2023 the company reported revenue of over $20 million and a monthly client base of about 450,000. True Gamers has pursued experiential innovations—for example, a 2023 UAE branch deployed robo-dog waiters—and provides both online and offline operational capabilities. Under a new master-franchise agreement the company will provide franchisees documentation, staff training, marketing strategy and infrastructure support for international rollouts. The current Saudi expansion plan calls for opening more than 150 esports arenas over five years and establishing a local office in Jeddah within six months.
