Trust AI has developed Isaac, a dental‑specialised large language model trained on millions of pages of dental literature and real specialist cases to handle clinical thinking, admin, insurance and treatment planning. The co‑founders—Dr. Bernard Casse (CEO), Dr. Divian Patel (clinical founder) and Dr. Shervin Molayem—built Isaac with daily expert review and a continuous feedback loop that refines the model. Isaac is used daily by over 3,000 dentists and has grown organically without paid marketing. The product aims to reduce admin burden, restore trust, and keep dentists focused on patient care by automating notes, billing and insurer interactions. Trust AI plans to evolve Isaac into an AI‑native practice management system by 2026 and to broaden adoption so that insurance companies accept Isaac‑verified plans and dental training adapts around the tool. Financially, Trust AI closed a $6M seed round on SAFE notes; the company’s valuation has not been formally set.
