Trust IQ Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based technology firm primarily engaged in software development, technology and global applications, including development of comprehensive AI-based credit risk assessment methods. The company builds AI-driven platforms and tools intended to support credit risk evaluation at scale. Under the agreement with Masan, Trust IQ will help develop Retail AI and Consumer AI platforms and an AI/ML-powered loyalty programme that integrates offline and online channels. Plans also include building a consumer credit access platform to issue credit cards to mass consumers without requiring proof of income and integrating Trust IQ’s platform into retail operations. The partnership is positioned to accelerate application of artificial intelligence in retail and consumption as part of Masan’s broader consumer–retail–technology ecosystem strategy.
