Founded in 2020, Trybe has built a configurable SaaS operating system that spans online bookings, scheduling, staff management, memberships, POS, guest communications, reporting and payments for spa, wellness and leisure operators. The platform currently supports more than 325 properties across 33 countries and has processed over 4.5 million transactions representing more than $1.1 billion in revenue volume. Key usage metrics show that 50 % of bookings occur outside office hours and 74 % are captured as part of broader spa packages, underscoring its revenue-generation impact. Trybe is now layering in AI-assisted scheduling, forecasting and personalization to further optimize yield and guest experience. Future product plans also include expanded card-present capabilities, enhanced settlement flexibility and deeper reporting, membership and package functionality. With strong uptake from single-site spas to large multi-site resort groups, the company is preparing for accelerated geographic expansion across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. The recently secured Series A financing will help scale sales, marketing and customer success to meet this growing demand.
