The software aims to help organizations anticipate and prevent PR problems by pinpointing relevant relationships and enabling clients to move from tracing issues to shaping the agenda. Founded by former Microsoft global stakeholder engagement lead Terence Lyons, the firm leverages his experience in reputation strategy following antitrust cases. It serves corporate clients including HP, Nokia Siemens and Syngenta and reports it is already profitable after adopting an "ultra-lean, ultra-light" startup model. Headquartered in Singapore with employees in India, the UK, France and Papua New Guinea, the company plans to open a London office by Q1 2013.
