Tucuvi offers an AI Care Management platform built around conversational agents such as LOLA, a voice-AI that conducts patient phone calls, executes clinical workflows, and escalates cases to human staff when necessary. The system currently supports more than 50 care workflows, including post-surgical follow-ups, chronic-care management, screenings, scheduling, and medication adherence. According to the company, its technology has already completed over 300,000 patient calls and is deployed in more than 60 healthcare organizations across Europe. By automating documentation and integrating with existing health-system operations, Tucuvi aspires to ease staffing pressures while maintaining clinical quality. Founded by CEO María González after a personal experience with a hospital error, the firm positions safety, auditability, and regulatory compliance as core design principles. With fresh funding, Tucuvi plans to accelerate expansion throughout Europe and enter the U.S. market. Prior to the latest raise, it had secured between $3 million and $3.5 million in earlier funding.
