Turn2X is a Munich, Germany-based deep tech climate startup that produces renewable natural gas (RNG) through plants it develops and operates. Its technology, based on more than a decade of research by its CTO at KIT in Karlsruhe, converts renewable electricity into RNG. That conversion enables green energy to be transported and utilized across existing gas infrastructure. Led by CEO Philip Kessler, the company plans to use new financing to accelerate growth and expand its RNG production plants across Europe. The financing will support further development and rollout of its production technology and facilities.
