The platform integrates with customers' data warehouses and is community-driven, maintained and used by a community of 1,500 healthcare data and analytics practitioners who continuously develop and review methods. Tuva says leading organizations including Oscar and CareAbout Health have integrated its technology and reported reduced costs, increased control, and greater transparency over their data. The company launched out of stealth and raised $5M in seed funding to support continued growth, commercial initiatives, and accelerated product development. Its mission is to make healthcare analytics open, transparent, and customizable to accelerate clinical research, evidence-based decision-making, and AI advancements. Founders Aaron Neiderhiser and Coco Zuloaga, former senior executives from Health Catalyst and Strive Health, lead the company; the launch was announced from New York.
