CloudGate provides omnichannel response for enterprise operations, accumulation of operations data, machine learning, and virtual agents to enable cloud-based response processes without large upfront investment. UTC Investment has invested ₩10 billion in the company. The company plans to use the funding to expand and sophisticate its solution support services and pursue more aggressive solution sales to increase customer benefits. CEO Park Min-young said the firm will expand AI and RPA-related solutions, offer cloud-based solution services required by enterprises, and begin active overseas expansion. The investment is intended to support growth and the company’s goal of becoming a global business.
