Tyltgo
30 Duke Street West Unit 511, Kitchener, Ontario, N2H 3W5, Canada
Overview
Tyltgo provides a white-label, on-demand same-day delivery platform that lets merchants keep a branded post-purchase experience while matching orders to gig-economy couriers. The company focuses on quasi-perishable categories such as florists and meal kits and uses perishability windows and an advanced fleet-management platform to assign appropriate drivers. Co-founded in July 2018 by Jaden Pereira and Aaron Paul while at the University of Waterloo, Tyltgo has added former Uber Eats Canada and Financeit executives to its team. From December 2019 to December 2020 the company says revenue grew 2,000%; it started 2020 with two staff and ended with nine and projects 1,500% revenue growth in 2021. Tyltgo has partnerships with merchants including General Assembly Pizza and Crafty Ramen and is targeting expansion across Ontario. Planned product work includes developing an API and app-based platform, expanding the team, and adding 100 more merchants.
