Overview

Uberall offers a platform and dashboard that connects and updates businesses' listings across local search, maps, review sites and social apps, enabling centralized management of addresses, hours and customer reviews. The product includes tools to push updates automatically, monitor unofficial or incorrect listings, respond to reviews, and run location-based advertising. Uberall serves retail and brick-and-mortar customers, helping them scale accurate location information across a fragmented ecosystem of discovery services. The company says its platform manages the online presence for 1.35 million business locations and counts customers such as BP, KFC, Marks & Spencer, McDonald’s and Pizza Hut. Uberall is expanding its capabilities and U.S. presence via the acquisition of MomentFeed, whose sentiment-analysis tools will be integrated into the wider platform. Financially, Uberall announced a $115 million funding infusion that sources peg at roughly a $500 million valuation and is using the capital to scale product and reach. Uberall offers a Software-as-a-Service product that lets SMEs and larger multi-location companies manage their location marketing across search engines, directories, online maps, navigation services and social platforms. The platform synchronises listings and location data to services such as Google, Bing, Apple Maps, HERE, Waze, TomTom, Facebook, Foursquare and Yelp. Founded in 2013, the company serves more than 1,500 customers and—post-acquisition of Navads—covers nearly 700,000 locations globally. Uberall acquired Navads to bolster its listings and location data management, gaining access to Navads’ technology used by over 800 brands across four continents, including Shell, BP and McDonald’s. Management says the deal strengthens Uberall’s position as the second-biggest location marketing platform behind Yext and emphasizes its presence in the U.S. The recent capital raise was positioned to support the acquisition and further growth. Uberall offers a cloud-based SaaS that centralizes location marketing for SMEs and larger companies with multiple stores, allowing single-point submission and management across search engines, directories, maps, social channels, and navigation services. The platform supports roughly 100 services and injects structured data (location, opening times, menus, facilities) to improve listings and visibility. Beyond listings, Uberall provides review and engagement management tools and a location-based advertising product, and charges a monthly fee per business location. The company serves both well-known enterprise clients and SMEs, and distributes via partners such as 1&1 Internet, Swisscom, Sensis, Vendasta, and OVH. Uberall plans to use new capital for product development and international expansion, with a particular focus on the U.S.
