Ubikap is a SaaS legaltech founded in 2020 that provides tools to organize and manage general assemblies, governance processes, and to maintain mandatory legal registers. The platform is used by more than a hundred law and accounting firms across France. The company plans to integrate artificial intelligence in the coming months to help clients access legal information faster, automate tasks, and reduce data-entry errors while addressing the limits of probabilistic AI in legal certainty. Ubikap recently completed a €1M fundraising and intends to use the proceeds to scale both commercial operations and product development. Two-thirds of the funds are earmarked to build a commercial team and increase the commercial budget tenfold; the startup plans to hire five people in 2024 and two to three more in 2025. Founders Thomas Malvoisin and Ludovic Giry aim to double the client portfolio by the end of 2024 and position Ubikap as a reference solution for legal secretariat management.
