Ulisses developed a proprietary, European-patented low-power 2.4 GHz networking technology for IoT tracking aimed at precision, continuity and reliability in industrial and logistics environments. The company started by digitalizing mooring management in Italian recreational ports and has expanded to offer solutions for railways, automated warehouses, advanced logistics and smart parking, including an awarded application for managing yellow-line and reserved parking. The team completed R&D and secured patent protection prior to this seed round, which the company says validates its engineering approach and readiness to scale. The CEO is Mattia Tartaglia and the company is based in Milan. Ulisses recently received recognition at the IoMobility Awards 2026 for one of its smart parking applications.
