ULOOK Technologies builds autonomous, intelligent satellite swarms equipped with its proprietary PulseTrack payload suite to deliver real-time radio-frequency situational awareness from space, drones, and high-altitude platforms. The system’s RF Fingerprinting capability can identify and classify emitters by their unique signal signatures, enabling use cases such as maritime domain awareness, dark-ship detection, disaster response, and environmental monitoring. Founded by Siddhesh Naik and Adheesh Boratkar, the team leverages experience across multiple LEO satellites, UAV swarms, and a High Altitude Pseudo Satellite demonstrator, and has already produced space-qualified hardware. With fresh seed capital, the company plans to deepen research on swarm autonomy, inter-satellite links, and onboard AI, while advancing its technology from TRL-3 to TRL-7. Over the next 12–18 months, it aims to launch its first RF-sensing satellite swarm and expand aerial testing programmes. A significant portion of the funding will support talent acquisition across RF systems design, embedded systems, AI/ML analytics, and satellite mission engineering. The recent ₹19 crore seed round underscores the founders’ goal of building world-class, sovereign space capabilities from India.
