Ultraviolette Automotive develops and manufactures premium electric two-wheelers, led by its F77 electric sports bike and the newly launched X47 crossover. The company is now retailing in 30 Indian cities and aims to reach 100 cities by mid-2026, while international expansion has begun with sales of the F77 in the United Kingdom and 11 other European markets. Proceeds from its latest funding will also finance development of two upcoming platforms, codenamed Shockwave and Tesseract. Operationally, Ultraviolette sold about 1,168 vehicles in 2025. Revenue from operations more than doubled to INR 32.3 crore in FY25 (from INR 15 crore in FY24), though net loss widened to INR 116 crore from INR 61.6 crore over the same period. To date, the company has secured roughly $145 million in funding from backers such as TVS Motor Company, Mudhal Partners, Zoho Corporation, Lingotto, and TDK Ventures. It competes with electric two-wheeler makers including Tork Motors, Revolt Motors and Ola Electric’s Roadster.
