uMov.me offers a cloud-based corporate mobility platform that enables solutions for companies of different sizes and segments, with support for multiple smartphone and tablet platforms. The company supplies mobility technology to enterprise customers and integrates across devices. TOTVS Ventures announced an investment that includes a strategic partnership in which TOTVS will be a partner, user and distributor of uMov.me’s technology. The financing is intended to intensify investment in the platform and support uMov.me’s evolution in the Brazilian and international markets. TOTVS said the investment preserves uMov.me’s independence while also allowing for additional equity investments based on performance through 2017. The deal marked the start of operations for TOTVS Ventures as the investor noted in its announcement.
