Unioo has developed a tool that helps associations gather all legally required documents for their bank so banks can comply with anti‑money‑laundering rules. The product is aimed at reducing the time burden on associations while easing banks’ administrative work. Ownership and investors include Ugly Duckling Ventures, former Nordea chief Cecilia Hultén, and Nicolaj Højer Nielsen, co‑founder of Penneo A/S. The company recently onboarded family office Compounding Capital, with former EQT partner Kasper Grundtvig Knokgaard joining the cap table. Management has signaled ambitions for rapid growth and is targeting a larger Series A within roughly 18 months. Unioo completed a DKK 6 million investment round to fund this next phase of growth.
