Its products are distributed via a network of approximately 1,780 independent agencies and brokers, with a primary focus on serving Florida and Texas markets. The company secured a $45M growth investment from Victory Park Capital to enhance its balance sheet and fund growth initiatives. As part of the transaction, Victory Park Capital’s founder and CEO Richard Levy and partner Charles Asfour joined United Auto’s board to advise on strategic growth initiatives. The investment follows a strategic repositioning of United Auto’s business and a renewed focus on strengthening its leading position in Florida and Texas.
