UniteLabs provides a software 'operating system' that standardises interfaces and enables cloud compatibility for heterogeneous lab instruments, allowing control, monitoring, and automated workflows across manufacturers. The platform has already delivered 40 device connectors and lets researchers run remote demos and pilots without installing hardware. Early customer feedback indicates the company can build methods 2–3x faster than internal teams, and pilots are sold at smaller contract sizes (for example ~€20,000). Over the next year UniteLabs plans to add 50 more connectors, target connecting 90 instruments by year-end, and ultimately equip 650 devices with cloud compatibility. The company intends to double its team while working closely with pilot customers to refine the product and expand to additional instrument categories including chromatography systems, plate readers, robotic arms, and bioreactors.
