Universae is a Spanish institute of higher vocational education (FP reglada) that provides regulated professional training programs. Its core offering is formal vocational education delivered through its network of institutions. Italian private equity fund Charme Capital Partners has agreed to acquire a minority stake in Universae to accelerate the group's development. Charme is investing around €30 million to bolster and expand the Spanish group. The funding is intended to 'potenciar' (boost) and accelerate Universae's growth and operations.
