Unlatch provides a B2B software solution that fully digitizes the residential real-estate sales process, offering an online collaborative tool that reduces processing times and smooths interactions with buyers. The company was founded in 2018 by François Marill, Thomas Rivoire and Olivier Adam and is based in France. Nearly 250 property developers, brokers and social landlords, including Quartus, Constructa, Emerige and Demathieu Bard, use the platform. Unlatch launched in Belgium last year and plans to set up operations in Spain and the UK this year. The company says the Covid-19 crisis has accelerated adoption of digital solutions and AXA Venture Partners will support its international expansion and growth.
