Unlimitd offers an instant financing platform for digital businesses, assessing credit risk to propose tailored financing offers in less than 48 hours. The company focuses on products for stock financing and advertising expenses. Since its founding in 2021, Unlimitd has deployed over €30 million to support several hundred companies and has previously raised over €20 million in Seed funding. It secured a €100 million investment from Absolute Capital Partners (ACP), which became the majority shareholder as ACP launched its AbsoluteCap Venture Lending subsidiary dedicated to corporate financing. The deal equips Unlimitd with up to €100 million of financing capacity to deploy over the next 12 months. Management says the capital will be used to accelerate growth in France, invest in technology, better serve entrepreneurial clients, and support planned expansion across Europe by 2024. Launched six months ago in Lille by founder Julien Zerbib, Unlimitd offers Revenue Based Financing that converts future revenues into immediate cash in exchange for a fixed percentage of future sales. The company uses an in-house scoring system based on financial and banking data aggregation and algorithmic analysis to select eligible companies and set financing conditions, with a validation process under 48 hours. It currently finances businesses with recurring-revenue models for up to one year, renewable based on performance, and already has 12 clients in SaaS and B2B. Unlimitd plans to expand into sectors such as e-commerce and marketplaces and to continue product and market development in France. The startup intends to recruit 12 more people by year-end and to finalize a partnership with a European credit institution to gain a banking license and banking-as-a-service technology to support European expansion.
