Unomaly provides a software platform that automatically analyzes data from IT systems, applications and infrastructure, using algorithms that continuously learn normal behavior to detect and explain incidents. The technology is packaged as downloadable software customers install in their data centers or in the cloud and configure to forward data to the installation. All parts of an IT organization — operations, developers and security engineers — can access root-cause anomalies and instant notifications. Current customers span 11 countries and include two of four Scandinavian banks, nuclear power plants and a range of Internet companies. Founded in 2012 by CEO Johan Gustafsson and CTO Göran Sandahl, the company plans to use new capital to strengthen global customer operations and product development. The company previously raised €1.9m in seed funding in 2013.
