Unrabble offers an online dashboard that lets SMBs compare and track job candidates using criteria like skills and education, interact with candidates behind a private wall, and use automated skill matching to remove manual resume screening. The service was in private beta since March and formally launched at DEMO Fall 2011. It targets small and medium-sized businesses that cannot afford dedicated HR or recruiting staff and aims to lower hiring costs and mistakes. The company sells tiered subscriptions (a $29/month basic plan, a $49/month pro plan, and a 30-day free trial) as its commercial model. Unrabble is led by co-founders Kevin Watson, Chris Rickborn, and Marc Slack, who previously founded Verid (sold to EMC in 2007). The company is based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and has raised $3.5 million to date.
