Upliance.ai develops smart home appliances that fuse artificial intelligence and machine learning to automate kitchen tasks. Its proprietary Up AI model powers the flagship product, Upliance, an AI cooking assistant introduced in January 2023. The device is installed in almost 1,000 Indian homes. Founders Mahek Mody and Mohit Sharma lead the company. Upliance.ai plans to use new capital to grow revenue to Rs 150 crore by 2024 and to ramp production to 20,000 units annually within six months. The company recently completed a seed round that established a valuation of Rs 143 crore (~$17 million).
