Upexi is a Tampa, Florida–based diversified brand owner whose brands include LuckyTail, Prax and Cure Mushrooms. The company has moved to make its cryptocurrency treasury strategy a core focus alongside its consumer-products and space businesses. In July it raised $200 million through the sale of common stock and convertible notes to fund SOL purchases. Upexi increased its Solana holdings by 172% in July to 2,000,518 SOL, including purchases of 100,000 SOL on July 21 and 83,000 SOL on July 23. The treasury generates an 8% staking yield and the company purchased significant amounts of locked SOL at mid‑teens discounts, creating built‑in gains. Shares traded at a basic mNAV of 0.9x and a fully loaded mNAV of 1.6x, with the share price rising 56% last month and reaching $5.02 after a 9.1% gain on Monday.
