Uphint is an edtech tool that generates instant step-by-step guides with screenshots and detailed explanations to help companies train employees and support customers. Founded in 2021 by Diego Díaz and Grisel Dugarte, the six-person startup says its platform has been used or tested by more than 900 companies across over 50 countries, with most sign-ups occurring without direct contact. The product emphasizes time management, efficient knowledge acquisition and cost reduction by shortening the time and resources needed to create training materials. Uphint has received recognition including the Premio Órbita 2022 and has participated in accelerator programs such as Demium and Lanzadera. Following the recent investment, the company plans to continue developing its technology to improve user experience and to create training materials for programs that run outside the browser, with the aim of expanding its market and customer base.
