Founded in Marseille eight years ago, Urban Solidarité Investissement is a foncière solidaire that develops alternative housing projects with social and environmental impact for vulnerable populations. It is pursuing a fundraising target of €5 million in equity as part of a €21 million portfolio that requires €10 million total in equity co-financing. The company plans to deploy the funds across projects in Région PACA, mainly in Vaucluse and the Nice area, building medium-sized intergenerational residences (30–50 units) and small inclusive or accompanied shared habitats (8–20 units). Zeléia has been retained to structure the transaction, prepare investment documentation, solicit impact funds, family offices and institutional investors, and support due diligence. The fundraising process began recently and is expected to conclude by the end of 2026.
