US Infrastructure Holdings (USI) is an established midstream company focused on the acquisition, development and operation of natural gas gathering, conditioning and processing assets across the United States. The company currently emphasizes opportunities in the Bossier/Haynesville and Marcellus/Utica shale plays. USI is led by CEO Gil Burciaga and President Zach Lee; the firm’s five principals have 125 years of combined experience and the senior team includes a CFO and senior VPs for engineering, operations and business development.
