The company offers a Web-based panel management platform and related social media technologies to serve market research clients. It employs about 90 people worldwide with offices in Los Angeles, India, Connecticut and London. uSamp plans to use new funding to expand through acquisitions and to develop its panel management platform and social media technology enhancements. Founded in March 2008 by Matthew Dusig and Gregg Lavin, the company leverages the founders' prior industry experience. The firm has raised $14.3 million in venture capital to date.
