Userpilot provides a no-code platform that lets product teams create contextually targeted, in-app onboarding and personalization based on user attributes and behavior. The product helps SaaS companies increase user activation, engagement, and retention while reducing reliance on support and engineering resources. Userpilot’s editor allows teams to tailor experiences that look and feel native to their applications. The company reports more than 700 paying customers, including UiPath, Oracle, McGraw Hill, Phocas and GrowthMentor. GrowthMentor said it experienced an 83% reduction in support tickets after implementing Userpilot’s onboarding tools. Founded in 2018 by CEO Yazan Sehwail and CTO Thabet Gharabah, Userpilot will use the new funding to build features aimed at further reducing customer support and engineering costs.
