V3 Commodities Group Holdings provides capital and risk management services to retail energy providers across the deregulated North American market. The firm supplies physical power and natural gas and offers associated credit support facilities and operational support. Its principal services include trade credit and working capital facilities, electricity and natural gas supply, risk management, natural gas logistics and other physical market services. V3 also offers pricing and scheduling services and M&A advisory for acquisition and disposition of retail-sector assets. Led by CEO J. Scott Perry, the company is based in Houston and maintains offices in New York and Baltimore. V3 closed a $50m initial funding round and will use the proceeds to continue expanding operations.
