V3 Group is a specialty retailer and brand owner focused on luxury lifestyle and wellness products across Asia, operating brands such as OSIM, TWG Tea and ONI (GNC, LAC, Xndo) and owning Futuristic Store Fixtures. Headquartered in Singapore, the company has a presence in over 100 cities across 26 countries. The company's core businesses span lifestyle, wellness and specialist fixtures, with a history of brand creation and retailing expertise. Following the announced investment, V3 plans immediate expansion of TWG Tea in Japan and the USA and expansion of OSIM in China. Financially, KKR will invest up to S$500 million for a significant stake at an enterprise value of approximately S$1.7 billion. V3 expects to draw on KKR’s expertise and capital to accelerate its next phase of growth.
