Vaave is an alumni engagement and networking platform that provides subscription-based SaaS solutions for educational institutions and corporates. It partners with over 1,200 institutions across 28 countries, including IISc, IITs, IIMs, NITs, and IIITs, and powers 35 corporate alumni platforms for clients such as Tata Steel, Deloitte, Virtusa, and Bosch. The product is designed to strengthen alumni ecosystems and improve engagement through institutional and corporate alumni platforms. The startup was bootstrapped and previously backed by friends and a handful of angel investors, and has now raised external capital. Proceeds from the recent round will be used to expand into new markets, enhance product offerings, and strengthen its category leadership in alumni networking. Vaave competes with global alumni-engagement platforms including Almabase, Graduway, and Hivebrite.
