VAIOT builds purpose-built Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs) that combine blockchain technology with artificial intelligence to digitize business processes for companies and consumers. The company develops VAIOT-branded assistants and customizable IVA solutions that can be adjusted to suit many industries and business processes. Its first assistant is targeted at the car insurance industry and was projected to be presented by Q3 2020. VAIOT also plans an AI legal assistant that merges smart personal-assistant capabilities with legal expertise to provide digital, blockchain-based contracts and other legal services. The company is led by CEO Christoph Surgowt and is based in Valletta, Malta. VAIOT secured €5m in seed funding and completed a private sale of its VAI Tokens.
