Valldata is a Bowerhill, Melksham, UK-based provider of outsourced donation processing and fulfilment services for the not-for-profit market. The company uses its technology and IT systems to handle large volumes of transactions across paper-based donations, telephone giving and online services. Clients include over 50 of the largest UK charities. The business received a £6.5m investment from ISIS that enables a management buyout by existing shareholders Hamish Horton (CEO) and Martin Kirk (COO). Following the deal the management team will own approximately 60% equity. Management says the support from ISIS will enable Valldata to grow organically and through acquisitions.
