VALT JAPAN operates NEXT HERO, a DX platform and BPO service that outsources corporate work to a network of workers with disabilities and other employment-challenged populations. The company reports partnerships with six municipalities and large enterprises and has built a nationwide network across all 47 prefectures connecting over 12,000 people willing to work. Operational metrics disclosed include about 370 client companies, more than 1,500 orders/projects, a network of over 2,000 support facilities, and over 400 types of tasks handled. On the worker side, NEXT HERO has demonstrated average pay increases of more than 200% and a typical monthly wage rise from ¥3,000 to ¥14,000 (a 500% increase). VALT JAPAN says it will use new funding to accelerate an "impact model," collect finer-grained capability data on workers, expand an AGENT business (consulting plus recruitment), invest in new services, and scale hiring and marketing. The company states a mission of creating an inclusive labor market and plans further fundraising to support expansion into new business areas.
