Value & Budget Housing Corporation (VBHC) develops affordable entry‑level housing projects in India, applying industrial engineering and construction technology. The company has developed the Vaibhava project in Bangalore and is building an expansive nationwide network of integrated projects. Projects are located in urban peripheries and connected to central transportation, with each site planned to be self‑sufficient and include an on‑site English medium school, working women’s centre, day care medical centre and local shopping complex. VBHC has sold more than 1,000 units in the last 12 months and plans to start pre-sales of another 900 units next month. Co‑founded by Chairman Jaithirth Rao and Managing Director P.S. Jayakumar, the company will use new capital to fund the construction of additional homes.
