The company offers a proprietary technology platform called PULSE that enables self-employed individuals and small-business owners to estimate and demonstrate undocumented income to access credit solutions. Led by founder, managing director and CEO Sandeep Menon, Vastu focuses on serving underserved borrowers. As of July 2021, the company had provided financial assistance to more than 35,000 customers. Vastu said it will use the proceeds from the financing to continue to expand operations and broaden its business reach. The company raised capital via a Series C financing to support this expansion.
