Vault Platform sells a suite of SaaS tools aimed at enterprise and large scale-up customers to proactively manage internal ethics and integrity issues. The platform offers multiple reporting channels (anonymous and non-anonymous), an escrow matching feature called GoTogether, anonymous chat, and baked-in data and analytics to support audit and compliance. Vault is building out AI and natural language processing capabilities to surface patterns and linkages across reports at team or division level rather than only matching on named individuals. The company says it has around 30 customers across the U.S. and EU, including Lemonade, Airbnb, Kavak, G2 and OVO Energy. Vault was founded in 2018 and plans to use the new funding to expand its team and further develop its technology. Its prior financing includes a $4.2M seed round closed in 2019. Vault Platform is a TrustTech SaaS that reimagines workplace misconduct reporting. Its product includes a diary-like employee app, a corporate case-management hub, and data and analytics to identify repeat problems. Employees can record incidents, save evidence, and use a ‘GoTogether’ feature to file reports only when others also come forward. The company positions itself as an alternative to legacy anonymous hotline providers and startups that simply digitize anonymous reporting. Vault cites that only 25% of misconduct is reported and aims to improve reporting and internal issue management. Founded in 2018 by Neta Meidav and Rotem Hayoun-Meidav and based in London, Vault targets enterprises with more than 1,000 employees and has seen strong interest from emerging tech firms. The company will use the funding to scale and expand its presence in North America and Europe.
