Vaultys
157 Grand Rue, Haguenau, Bas-Rhin, 67500, France
Overview
Founded in 2022 in Haguenau, Vaultys develops a cybersecurity platform that leverages decentralized cryptography to eliminate centralized credential storage and reduce the risk of large-scale data breaches. The solution targets enterprises that handle sensitive information and aims to restore trust by removing single points of failure. Vaultys is collaborating with the CEA-List research institute to advance fundamental work on decentralized cryptographic environments, with plans to establish a joint laboratory in 2027. Early 2026 will see the launch of the "Vaultys Box," an ultra-secure environment for storing critical data and providing a virtual crisis-management room with encrypted chat and video. The company currently employs five people and has recently added a business developer to accelerate commercial expansion. Adoption of decentralized cryptographic security remains limited across enterprises, but Vaultys believes awareness is growing. The startup has raised €600 000 to fund its go-to-market efforts and continue product development.
