Veai

Montazhnaya Street, 9, Moscow, Russia

Overview

Veai has built a platform that bundles seven specialised AI agents for code modification, testing, code review, documentation, debugging, optimisation and code comprehension. The system combines large language models with formal verification and static analysis techniques such as data-flow analysis and symbolic execution, which the company says keeps total agent error rates around 10%, versus roughly 33% for the best competing tools on its internal benchmark of 30 real projects. More than 20 large Russian enterprises, including IBS, BCS Investment Company and Moscow Credit Bank, already run pilots or production workloads, and over 1,500 engineers use the platform daily. Veai positions itself against global players like Cursor and Claude Code and locally competes with GigaCode (Sber) and Continue.dev. The fresh capital will be directed toward enhancing code-quality and security controls and expanding domestic sales. Founded by serial entrepreneurs Mikhail and Vladislav Kudinov, the company draws on talent from JetBrains and Huawei and aims to become a leading enterprise AI tooling vendor in Russia. No revenue figures or valuation were disclosed in the articles.
