Veasyt develops digital solutions to break down communication barriers, including VEASYT Tour and VEASYT Live!. The company raised €170k in angel funding from Andrea Ghello, partner of BAN Veneto. The round carried a pre-money valuation of €480k. Veasyt intends to use the funds to improve and expand adoption of its services, and to grow the new VEASYT Live! marketplace. VEASYT Live! provides professional video remote interpreting in sign and verbal languages via web on PC and tablet. The company was co-founded by Enrico Capiozzo (CEO), Lisa Danese, Gabriele Greco, Bruno Verneau and Anna Cardinaletti, and is a spin-off of Università Ca’ Foscari Venezia.
