Veera Health is a digital therapeutics platform focused on diagnosing and treating PCOS via a subscription-based program that combines medical care, nutrition therapy, lifestyle coaching and doctor support. Its core product delivers customized multi-month treatment plans administered by a team of gynecologists, nutritionists, dermatologists and mental health experts, supported by a dedicated care manager and daily guidance with progress tracking. The company reports that 85% of its PCOS members feel in control of their physical and mental health within a month of treatment. Founded in August 2020 by sisters Shobhita and Shashwata Narain, Veera is backed by Y Combinator and was selected for Sequoia Capital India’s Surge program (fifth cohort). The founders say they will start with PCOS and expand to additional women’s health conditions over time. Financially, the company has raised US$3 million in the announced funding round.
