Veganz produces Mililk® oat milk discs using 2D printers and sells them as printed sheets under the Veganz Bio Mililk® Oat Barista brand. The product is gluten-free, made from five natural ingredients (organic oats grown in Europe), requires no chemicals or preservatives, and is designed for long shelf life and minimal waste. Veganz claims the sheet format saves 94% packaging waste and 85% weight compared with carton products and promotes reduced food waste by allowing fresh preparation as needed. Mililk is sold in five-litre packs of printed sheets and is available at REWE and via Terra Naturkost for north-east Germany. The product has received strong retail and consumer interest, positive taste-test feedback, and a Superior Taste Award from a chefs’ panel. To meet growing demand, Veganz expanded its production site by acquiring more than 1,000 square metres at its Ludwigsfeld site for Mililk production and secured new financing to scale production.
