Velents.ai is an enterprise AI startup founded by Egyptian-Saudi entrepreneurs Mohamed Gaber and Abdulaziz Almuhaydib that creates Arabic-first digital workforce solutions. After pivoting from recruitment technology in 2023, the company launched Agent.sa, an AI employee that speaks native Arabic and regional dialects, manages phone and WhatsApp conversations, executes tasks, and analyzes data through natural language. The product runs on Velents.ai’s proprietary Arabic-language model trained on millions of texts and designed to meet local data-protection rules. Current clients span private companies, universities, and government ministries in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and target sectors include banking, telecom, logistics, and healthcare. The cross-border team operates out of Egypt and Saudi Arabia and positions Agent.sa as a 24/7 worker capable of handling thousands of interactions in parallel. Velents.ai has raised US $1.5 million to date and plans to seek its next round by early 2026 as it scales across the region.
